Ronald feels motivated day by day with the idea of ​​being an agent of the great change that the tourism industry requires. His desire is to create opportunities for genuine connections between his travelling clients and the local people who take care of their ancestral Peruvian traditions and their natural surroundings.

Ronald was born and raised in the Peruvian highland area near Lake Titicaca. Of Aymara descent, he lived with his grandparents in the countryside and witnessed firsthand the hard life and poverty of the Andean people. Fully identified with its roots and native culture.

Ronald has travelled extensively in Peru and had the opportunity to travel to Europe with the aim of feeling and knowing the world where many of his clients come from. Knowing the reality of both worlds has fueled his passion and success when he creates and proposes tailored trips full of interesting details for those who put their trust in their knowledge.

Ronald has a degree in tourism, graduated from National University of the Altiplano of Peru. He has successfully worked as a tour guide and then worked for over a decade at All Ways Travel Titicaca Peru in the area of ​​sales and operations.

He is currently co-founder of the tour operator CULTURA VIVA PERUCHAY based in Cusco. From his new position, he wishes to expand the work of carrying out responsible and supportive tourism.

His best reward is to feel the gratitude from travelers who highlight how a positive and everlasting mark has their travel experiences left on their hearts.
