She has opened several successful businesses in the Sacred Valley area but always dreamed to create her own restaurant and focus her energy and passion in the kitchen. Over the years Nancy’s speciality has evolved into plant-based, organic variations of traditional Peruvian cuisine.

She eventually opened her restaurant “Cuchara Llena” in Ollantaytambo. The restaurant boasts stunning views of the popular ruins of Ollantaytambo and a delicious menu of classic Peruvian cuisine with a healthy twist! Nancy creates vegetarian and vegan versions of the famous Peruvian dishes, and they are more delicious than the originals! If you are looking to broaden your repertoire of healthy dishes and at the same time sample the classic local dishes, then this Peruvian Cooking Class is a perfect stop for you!
