Over the years Nancy’s speciality has evolved into plant-based, organic variations of traditional Peruvian cuisine.

She eventually opened her restaurant “Cuchara Llena” in Ollantaytambo. The restaurant boasts stunning views of the popular ruins of Ollantaytambo and a delicious menu of classic Peruvian cuisine with a healthy twist! Nancy creates vegetarian and vegan versions of the famous Peruvian dishes, and they are more delicious than the originals!
